Booking policy for Daily Cleaning

Our Daily cleaning service is about cleaning inside and outside of your home in a domestic daily living standard. It can be vacuuming, washing toilets, ironing clothes, cleaning your refrigerators, cabinets and so on. It's a combination of basic cleaning and simple housekeeping. Our daily cleaning service is fully customizable within legal limits to meet your specific domestic cleaning needs. You can simply specify your requirements in the chatbox after booking. Kindly note this is hourly paid. If you are booking for end of tenancy or subletting please do not choose this service.

 

Due notice our mini booking is 2 hours,  Therefore, please try to arrange work for 2 hours. If it is less than 2 hours, we will be charged for 2 hours. The charge is hourly rate plus return traveling fees only in London.

 

Tip: Daily carpet cleaning is only suitable for the following situations:

 

Case 1: Clean the carpet on a daily basis. For example, to clean hair, particles, breadcrumbs, or small daily stains happened in 1-2 days etc. This type of work is done with a home vacuum and Lint Roller.

 

Case 2: special treatment of stains. Due to hot pot, red wine, cola, or other drinking material which accidentally spilt on the carpet. . This type of work is done by using your home vacuum combined with a Carpet Cleaner & Brush liquid bottle.

Daily Clean

 

You can specify your requirements below by selecting the services you need. Please note that our minimum booking duration is 2 hours, and you will be charged for 2 hours even if the cleaning takes less time. Daily Guru offers basic folding, not professional tidying. Daily Clean Carpet Service uses basic cleaning methods, not machinery.

Cleaning tools: We don't carry tools, so you need to have basic cleaning tools at home. For example, vacuum cleaners, mops and brooms (because they are too big to take on the road and tube) Our Cleaner do not bring their own, because if we use the same brushes to clean other people's homes and your home, it might coast cross infection.

Cleaning supplies: You will need to have basic cleaning liquid in your home. If there is no cleaning liquid, our cleaners can buy it for you, and at the end of the cleaning, they will leave it at home. Generally costs around 5-20 pounds, depending on what is missing at home. The price is the same in the supermarkets and will be reimbursed by a receipt.

Travelling fees: only London contains fees of £6-13 return travelling fees. 

 

 

 

Booking Policy for end of tenancy

This is domestic end of tenancy cleaning service. Please check your contract, if a Professional cleaning or inventory report is required please do not book. If you only need the domestic end-of-tenancy cleaning, which refers to the appearance before check-in, you are welcome to choose your own room type to make an appointment.

 

Charge depend on the rooms you would like us to clean. After the reservation is confirmed, please make sure that you will personally open the door and check at the end of the cleaning, because only you know how it looks before check in, please check it clearly. Our staff will not be responsible for any further situation if they leave after check the work and paid.

 

Booking Policy for Carpet/Rug Cleaning

If you're in need of a deep clean, carpet/rug cleaning may be the solution for you. Simply select the rooms you need cleaned and follow the process to get a price estimate. The workers or company will bring their own carpet/rug cleaning machine for the job.

About Booking:

You need to pay a deposit before the cleaning begins. Once booked, you can communicate with our cleaner. After finishing the job make sure you will be able to check the cleaning and pay the rest of the fee. Once paid, our job finished.

 

Change the time：

 

Before 18:00 the day before the order starts, you can change the time for free. If you change the time on the day of the order, we will charge the deposit and take a new booking deposit.

 

Cancel the order:

 

Cancellations are free of charge if made 24 hours before the order starts. Half the deposit is deducted if you cancel within 24 hours.
