What is daily cleaning service?
Our Daily cleaning service is about cleaning inside and outside of your home in a domestic daily living standard. It can be vacuuming, washing toilets, ironing clothes, cleaning your refrigerators, cabinets and so on. It's a combination of basic cleaning and simple housekeeping. Daily cleaning service is also customize,within legal limits. You can tell our cleaner what service you need in the the chatbox after booking. Note that if you are moving and subletting please do not select this types of booking.
Due notice our mini booking is 2 hours plus£4-13 return traveling fess, therefore, please try to arrange work for 2 hours. If it is less than 2 hours, we will be charged for 2 hours.
Tip: Daily carpet cleaning is only suitable for the following situations:
Case 1: Clean the carpet on a daily basis. For example, to clean hair, particles, breadcrumbs, or small daily stains happened in 1-2 days etc. This type of work is done with a home vacuum and Lint Roller.
Case 2: special treatment of stains. Due to hot pot, red wine, cola, or other drinking material which accidentally spilt on the carpet. This type of work is done by using your home vacuum combined with a Carpet Cleaner & Brush liquid bottle.

什么是日常清洁服务?
日常清洁主要是打扫家里日常的里里外外的地方。它可以是清洁吸尘,洗厕所,烫衣服,整理冰箱,柜子,叠衣服,洗烤箱等等。是一种结合清洁和基础管家的服务。日常清洁也属于定制服务,您可以跟我们清洁人员说需要什么服务,只要是法律允许且正常范围内我们都可以做。按小时付费。(注意如果你是搬家和转租请不要选择该服务)
请尽量安排2小时的活哦。我们必须2小时起预定加清洁人员来回车费4-13镑,不够两小时按2小时的时间收费。
小提示:日常清洁的地毯清洁只适合以下情况:
第一种情况:日常清洁地毯。比如地毯因为日常用途有些脏了需要花时间清洗毛发,颗粒,面包屑等等。这类的工作是用家里的吸尘器结合粘毛棒处理。
第二种情况:发生在1-2天内的污渍特殊处理。因为吃火锅或者喝酒不小心洒到东西在地毯上了。这些需要局部处理。这类的工作是用家里的吸尘器结合专业的地毯清洁剂。

What happen if less than 2 hour daily cleaning?
Please try to arrange work for 2 hours. If it is less than 2 hours, we will be charged for 2 hours. It is the same for all hourly charging service.

About Tidying service
We currently provide basic tidying services (not Japanese professional tidying) in our daily cleaning service). Our daily cleaner will fold clothes, and put things into any storage that is asked for. If you are looking for professional tidying please check our tidying service, which offers organisation and tidying based on your career and living habits and dressing habits.

About end-of-tenancy Service
Tips for KITTYCLEANER's End of Tenancy Service : Please check your contract and the intermediary to see if Professional check out cleaning is required. This includes inventory reports. We do not accept professionals end of tenancy. If you only need domestic end-of-tenancy cleaning, welcome to make an appointment. The reasons are as follows, (all are from our experience)
The end-of-tenancy cleaning is generally done as it was before check-in, so you need to ensure that the you will check the cleanliness on the spot, because only you know which places are clean and which are dirty before check-in. If you have no way to ensure that the agent or the landlord is satisfied with the inspection, you can ask them to come directly to check the cleaning right after when it is done. Due to right, when our staff leave after checking and paying the balance payment, we can not responsible for any other problem, because many customers can not guarantee that no one will re-enter after the cleaning of the lease and cause new stains.
Another situation: If there is an inventory report, after cleaning, if you think there is no problem with the current inspection, our staff will leave. As a result, a few days later, after the third-party agency done a inventory report, if there is still need for improvement, a second visit is required, and a second visit will incur a second charge. Please kept informed.
(This situation is also the same in the quotation given by agency or landlord. Generally, the cost of the second door-to-door is included, only the cleaning company you find is not included, so you are actually paying two times fees for agency check out cleaning. If you book a professional’s end of tenancy cleaning, they are only free within 24 hours for second visit, and the general your agency might not be able to provide feedback within 24 hours, so you have to think carefully)
Note: End of Tenancy does not include sofas, mattresses, and carpets, these required machines cleaning and outdoor or indoor glass that cannot be made in a safe working condition. This kind of work needs to be dealt with by relevant professional companies. Such as Carpet Cleaning company.
It is best to clean the end of tenancy one week before you plan to move out, and then book other companies to wash sofas and carpets etc.
Many customer don’t know what their situation is when they make a booking, and there will be many problems, such as you think it is clean, and the landlord thinks it is not enough, so please remember to read the contract in advance, consult clearly and book in advance.
关于退租清洁的预定须知
您好,退租清洁小提示:请先查看你的合同和中介是否有写明需要Professional 清洁,这包括有inventory report这类的也需要您考虑一下是否自己约清洁公司。我们不接professional,如果只需要正常的退租清洁也就是domestic end of tenancy欢迎预约。原因如下,(都是我们催泪的经验)
退租清洁一般是做到入住前的样子,所以需要确保客户您会在现场检查做完的卫生,因为只有你知道入住前哪些地方是干净的哪些地方是脏的。如果您没有办法确保自己检查的情况是中介或者房东满意的,可以约他们直接上门在清洁人员做完的当下检查。因为我们的清洁人员在检查完付完尾款就离开订单就结束,因为很多客户也没有办法保证做完退租后没有人进入导致产生新的污渍,会说不清楚。(我们遇到过)
如果是有inventory report的情况,在做完卫生后,您认为当下检查没问题了,我们工作人员走了。结果几天后中介的第三方机构检查完对比report后,还需要改进则的话,需要二次上门,重新二次上门会产生二次收费。请悉知。
(这个情况在你找中介的清洁公司给的报价里也是一样。一般是包含了二次上门的费用的了,只有自己找的清洁公司是不包括的,所以自己找的退租清洁公司会二次收费。Professional的退租清洁也只是免费24小时内上门,一般中介都做不到24小时就给反馈,所以要仔细斟酌)
同时End of Tenancy是不包括沙发,床垫,地毯,这些上机器的都不包括,还有室外和危险的玻璃都有要求不可以做,这类的需要约相关专业的公司上门处理。如Carpet Cleaning company。
退租最好一般是在你准备搬家一周前打扫,先打扫end of tenancy的退租,然后预定其他公司上门洗沙发,地毯这些。
很多小伙伴预定的时候就是不清楚自己是什么情况,会出很多问题,比如你觉得干净,房东觉得不够,所以请记得提前看合同,咨询清楚和提前预定。
About end-of-tenancy Service Booking policy

Notice: Please check your contract and the agent if a Professional end of tenancy cleaning is required. This kind of cleaning is tedious and not suitable for finding a third party. If there is, KITTYCLEANER will not take the job. If you only need the standard/domestic end-of-tenancy cleaning, which refers to the appearance before check-in, you are welcome to choose your own room type to make an appointment. Our cleaners do not take care of any trash that needs council or fees, it is the client's responsibility to take care of.
After the reservation is confirmed, please make sure that you will personally open the door and check whether it is clean, because only you know how it looks before you check in, please check it clearly. Our staff will not be responsible for any further situation if they leave after checking their work and paid.
About tools, liquid, and others
You need to have basic personal tools at home. Such as vacuum, toilet brushes, that sort of thing.
About tools: We don't carry tools, so you need to have basic cleaning tools at home. For example, vacuum cleaners, mops and brooms (because they are too big to take on the road and tube) Our Cleaner do not bring their own, because if we use the same brushes to clean other people's homes and your home, it might coast cross infection.
About cleaning liquid: You will need to have basic cleaning liquid in your home. If there is no cleaning liquid, our cleaners can buy it for you, and at the end of the cleaning, they will leave it at home. Generally coast around 5-20 pounds, depending on what is missing at home. The price is the same in British supermarkets and will be reimbursed by a receipt.
Is there are other fees in the cleaning service?
At KITTYCLEANER, for environmental friendly it would be better if you have tools and cleaning liquid at your home. If you do not have these, our worker can help purchased these at your local shops with received to paid back, but we will not bringing them or pay to bring these to your home for your hygiene or living condition.
Additional, daily cleaning request £6-13 return traveling fess depend on which city are you. For example £4 for Sheffield, Leeds, Bristol, £10 for London.
About Booking
You need to pay a deposit before the cleaning begins. Once booked, you can communicate with our cleaner. After finishing the job make sure you will be able to check the cleaning and pay the rest of the fee. Once paid, our job finished.
About change time or cancellations
you can change the time for free one day before 18:00 the day before the order starts. If you change the time on the day of the order, we will charge the deposit and take a new booking deposit.
Cancellations are free of charge if made 24 hours before the order starts. Half the deposit is deducted if you cancel within 24 hours.
